Build a small stone platform on a disposable site, fetch its snapshot and registry, compile a plan, render it, inspect the result, apply in a sandbox, and check what landed.

To complete: supply a tested site, pinned components, exact commands, expected images and findings, and a recovery exercise. Include sandbox prerequisites before any apply step.
