The architecture describes a floating-vegetation pass that is not implemented. This page does not provide an automatic cleanup command or flag.

Intended outcome: account for vegetation left unsupported by planned terrain changes. Current reviews must inspect the affected terrain; see Inspect images.

To complete: define accepted behavior and ownership boundaries, implement the pass with fixtures, and verify protected and unknown cells. Cleanup must remain part of a compiled plan.
