Change a build and undo the change

Modify the first tutorial’s platform, inspect the new plan, apply it, and return to the previous state using the supported undo workflow.

To complete: demonstrate receipts, ownership, drift checks, and transaction rollback with verified before-and-after results. Explain how editing the design differs from rollback.
